logging problem

Hi all!
I have two problem with logging.

First I can't set log options on virtual HUB
I go Management Virtual HUB -> other settings -> "Log Save Settings"
The button "Log Save Settings" is grey and not focusable (I can't click them)
Description "Configure of log saving function." is grey too.

Second problem
When I configure packet logging from VPN CLI i see in logs
".....The VPN Server is either Open-Source or Free version. It hasn't implemented the IP Address or TCP/UDP header data logging function. No IP address nor TCP/UDP header data are not be recorded here.,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-,-"

Detailed packet logging function is for commercial version.
Please use other packet capture software to monitor packets in a virtual hub.

But why I cant set any options from GUI (first part of my question)
I have manual

I cant open this box and set loging shedule or enable/disable security log (no packet log)

because i cant do this

PS default rule save packet TCP connections header and we have log with no ineresting string no implemented and we cant off them from GUI.

Online Manual is shared with the commercial version.
Some features that are not available in the free version is covered.
