Perhaps you did wrong configuration, for example, making a loop between physical network and SecureNAT.

Disable SecureNAT.

Thank you very much for your reply

in my vps can't disable secureNat because the mac spoofing is disable and can't use local bridge

in secureNat settings i changed this field:
tcp session timeout: 60
udp session timeout: 60

and in virtual hub extended options, i changed this values to true:
noAddressPollingIPv4
noAddressPollingIPv6
NoIpTable
NoMacAddressLog
ManageOnlyPrivateIp
ManageOnlyLocalUnicastIpv6
YieldAfterStorePacket
NoSpinLockForPacketDelay
NoIpv4PacketLog
NoDhcpPacketLogOutsideHub
DisableHttpParsing
DisableCorrectIpOffloadCheckSum

i doing this changes for Reduce cpu & ram usage but No effect
can this problem for one of this changes?
if yes, what field creating this problem?

I think that something error has occurred in the VPN server.
Please try to find suspicious message in VPN server log.
