Can't connect to any VPN Servers after I restarted computer

I am using a windows 8 and SoftEther worked perfectly fine before I restarted my laptop. I don't know what to do, but I disabled my firewall and it still doesn't seem to be working... Please help!
I noticed while looking in Network Connections Ethernet and VPN - VPN Client said network cable unplugged so I unplugged my wireless router and plugged it back in to see if that would help but it didn't seem to help at all either...
