Local Bridge

Post by keyjey » Thu Dec 19, 2013 6:15 am

Hi, I installed this wonderful software in a linux VPS (OpenVZ) in one of my proxmox under NAT and works fine, I can access via VPN from 2 different places and ping each VPN client.

Now don't know how to make the bridge from local NIC to the TAP, since I don't see any tap / tun NIC in the VPN server:

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr a6:16:9c:d7:44:d0
inet addr:10.10.12.3 Bcast:10.10.12.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
inet6 addr: fe80::a416:9cff:fed7:44d0/64 Scope:Link
UP BROADCAST RUNNING PROMISC MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:8633 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:26609 errors:0 dropped:1264 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:1591357 (1.5 MiB) TX bytes:15627399 (14.9 MiB)

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Mask:255.0.0.0
inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:16436 Metric:1
RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
RX bytes:0 (0.0 B) TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

Any idea about how to make this work ? I want to access to the local LAN from my remote places.

Thanks a lot !
