I found two problems while setting up access lists using SoftEther manager 4.22 Build 9634 to manage a server of this same version and build.
1) An access list rule that works against a user doesn't work if I make that user a member of a group and then apply that rule against the group. Groups don't seem to work in access lists.
2) Linux/Wine related: I am using the manger on Wine on Linux Mint 18 KDE. I can't type in full IP addresses into the access list rule IP entry boxes. I can manage only two numbers if the numbers are wide. I can typing in, say, 111 OK. I found a work-around was to increase the Screen Resolution setting in Winecfg from the default 96dpi to 108dpi. It makes the text looks kind of big and clunky but at least I can type in the IP addresses now.

Could you show configuration file to reproduce the problem?

Re: Access lists and groups
Hi all
I'm sorry for bumping up old thread, but I have the same problem. Access lists, where source is Group, doesn't work. When I change source to user, it works as it should. I can't rely on individual ACLs, as I'd soon exceed ACLs limit (4096 ATM, if I understand correctly). Any ideas?
Thank you,
Serg

Re: Access lists and groups
If group policy and individual policy are defined for a user, the group policy is ignored.
