Connect Server Behind VPN, how I do this with Softether VPN?

Hei guys,
First of all, thanks for letting me join to this forum.
I want connect to my server environment (10.x.x.x/24) without came to office. My network office can connect to server if I connect to wifi or Using VPN if I'm in outside office, but using Cisco VPN client problem always come.

But the problem is, my computer office (10.x.x.14) using redhat (for bridge and securenat) and don't have internet connection and the configuration above using windows and found nothing about using unix environment (...or I couldn't find?). Any suggestion?
