+100 VPN Public Relay Servers?

So basically I'm running SoftEther VPN Client Manager on my PC (Windows). I am conducting a test of IP adress variablity and connection span, however, the Relay Servers lists only 97 possible hostnames as of today. How can I access the rest? Supposedly there are over 12000 servers I can connect to, but I just see less than a hundred. If possible, I would like to request access to at least 5000 for my work.

I was also curious about the possibility of connecting to more than the ~100 VPNs. I don't see what legitimate reason why you'd need access to 5000 servers for but my personal concern is that the 100 servers on the list don't really get rotated enough.

Indeed. I am asking exactly for rotation, not the list of 5000. Whenever I click refresh list, same ol' servers come up just in different order. The reason is that I am running an IP address triangulation program for improving efficiency on Google reCAPTCHA-enabled websites.

Actually, you can connect to one server then refresh the list to get another list.
