Ping to remote pc from within LAN

Ping to remote pc from within LAN
Hi I have installed SoftEther on my local server and have users connecting remotely.
The Remote PC can ping PC's on the LAN but PC's on the LAN can't ping a remote PC.
The result from the Ping sent from 192.168.100.76 is:-
Pinging 192.168.100.115 with 32 bytes of data: (this is a remote PC)
Reply from 192.168.100.251: TTL expired in transit. (this is local VPN server)
Reply from 192.168.100.251: TTL expired in transit.
Reply from 192.168.100.251: TTL expired in transit.
Reply from 192.168.100.251: TTL expired in transit.
Ping statistics for 192.168.100.115:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),

If ping succeed, it means bidirectional communication is available.
So, it's strange.
Did you succeed ping with same pair as failed try?

Too much information on the VPN settings file... :) Are you using bridge or securenat ? Is it a specialized network card with hardware offloading capability ?
