How shape the traffic per user on the server

Hello dear friends!

Help me please! How i can shape the traffic per user or in a group (only traffic, about speed i know how do it) on the SoftEther server on CentOS 7 in VPS. Available this option in Windows based admin GUI or how create this on the terminal of CentOS 7?

What does mean "traffic" not speed?
Amount of traffic??

traffic - it is how many GB can download and upload user

SoftEther can't configure quota.
However, you can get information about amount of data by vpncmd.
You can write a script to disable user who exceed quota.

How I can do this? How to start writing such a script?

Learn to program.
Sounds like a good choice for batch Scripting or Python i guess.
