Hi,
The OK button will remain greyed out until you populate the "User Name" field.
Regarding the asterisk. That means if you enter * in the "User Name" field, whatever authentication method, etc that you set will occur for all users of that Virtual Hub (unless they are explicitly mentioned). It saves you specifying loads of individual usernames that are going to use the same auth method.
Hope that helps

Re: Issue Creating Users
HI,
The only way I'm able to replicate the OK button being greyed out even with specifying a username is by selecting Individual Certificate Authentication.
If I create a certificate and follow the steps, the OK button becomes clickable.
Does it work for you?

Re: Issue Creating Users
I guess it's possible. I don't use them usually, but I created a test hub and created a certificate with just the name of it filled in - the rest of the stuff I left blank and it seemed to work for me.
If you create a cert, but just configure the name of it and nothing else (for a test), does it work then?

* user name can be used only for external auth like NT domain or Radius.
