I hope all the users connect to VPN server by the Softether Client program but not the built -in client in Windows.
How to ....?

I feel you need to elaborate. There is no built in windows thing that does anything on its own accord.

I means that , to force the user to install the "Softether Client " application onto his/her computer.

You are right Softether Client is so much better than the other options in this product.

Please disable L2TP/IPsec, OpenVPN and SSTP server function.
