You can try to generate .p12 or pfx type of your certificate by certificate export wizzard on the server ..
and the import pfx certificate file into softether vpn server.

There is a directory as "chain_certs" in a directory of VPN Server, please install the middle certificate file of X.509 form in this directory. The extension of the file name should be ".cer" or ".crt". Please place all of the middle certificate, if there are multiple chained certificate. The file name has to be a ASCII character string. The file name isn't important.
