in my bit to try it, I have recently installed Softether VPN Server in remote access mode and want to give specific permission to my AD users to connect, however I cant find where to do this ? can you please guide me?

When you are at step 3 - creating users, then create first one additional user group (say: AD_Users) and add single user '*' (without quotes) to the group. Set the user to use NT Authentication and you are done. With this, every user in domain can be authenticated.
