local bridge problem using docker

I have ran into some problems getting my vpnserver to work.
My setup is an ubuntu 12.04 64bit running as a VM in docker
using version 4.19 build 9605 (english) vpn server
Every time I install the vpn server (factory defaults) the local bridge shows up as error.
Even if i try to us a tab, the result is the same - error
I have tried to create another hub without luck.
If i am trying to use secureNat - the system is working flawlessly - sadly i need the local bridge.
