VLANs In LAN to LAN Bridge

Hi, i have a successful lan to lan bridge at the moment, but we have just changed our network so we now have 10 VLANs can i communicate the VLANs across the two sites? Do i just trunk all the VLANs through the VPN servers network card? Or do i have to add more settings on the SoftEther software?

SoftEther can capture VLAN packets.
However I don't know your server NIC can capture or not.
