Please Help I think this is a SECURITY ISSUE

When I go to "Show List of TCP/IP Connections"
This keeps showing up............. v20-security-failsafechiefarchitect.com
I do NOT have any Chief Architect Software on my computer...It is NOT in my HOSTS file
Even withthe BRIDGE OFFLINE this is connected
