how to Config the .ovnp for using it on phone

hi
i just start a ethersoft server and i can easily connect it from pc but i don't how to connect to vpn by phone as i read some topic on google i found there is a way by config the .ovpn file than push it to openvpn but i don't know how to config the text file i just opened it via notepad by the way i enabled the ipsec and l2tp on ethersoft server.
it would be my pleasure if someone tell me how to handle this
