my Client can connect to VPN server far away but not bridge

The remote network admin has set up a VPN server. When I installed the VPN client on my Windows, it was able to log on to his server. Windows Explorer was able to see all the computers on his network.

The remote admin wants me to set up a bridge to his server and have my client connect to the bridge instead of connecting directly to his server.

When I installed the bridge software, I filled in all the same information as when I set up the client connection, but I got "Permission denied" when I tried to connect. I also got "Permission denied" when I installed the bridge on my Linux box and tried to connect.

The client software asked for a user name and password; the bridge hard-coded the user name "Administrator." The remote admin didn't set up a user named "Administrator," but I can't specify the user name he chose. You can see that the VPN connection is active when I connect using the cilent:

I think you try to connect to remote VPN server.
However, at first, you have to connect to VPN bridge in your local machine.

Try to connect to local host with empty password.
