SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi all,
I'm working on a project for a decentralised VPN network and we want to use SoftEther for that. We need to build plugins to add functionality to work in the specific setup.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Are you a SoftEther Dev or do you know someone?
