I just tested server 153.225.133.24 they claim it should have a line speed of 242.8mbs test results show a line speed of 0.54mbs. What a load of crap!
SoftEther is a waste of time, these students should quite SoftEther vpn is junk!
Why can't they just post the real line speeds and stop bullshitting every body and wasting their time with this crap service.
This is very embarrassing for the University of Tsukuba.
