UDP TCP confusion

Post by Itemplate » Wed Apr 03, 2024 12:18 pm

Hi,

Trying to setup SoftEther to mimic OpenVPN UDP usage. However I can't seem to specify anywhere. When I setup a new Hub I have to specify TCP ports. Is there a "how-to" somewhere that I can read? I could open up a TCP port for the pure handshake part, but the communication part must be 100% UDP based.

Thanks.

When you activate the OpenVPN "Clone Function", your SE server will automatically open up an extra UDP 1194 (default) port.

I've just started from scratch and created a new VPN server. Can't seem to find that option, where do I find that in the UI?
