Re: Welcome to SoftEther VPN General Discussion Forum
I have the following setup:
192.168.1.xxx network
Server 2003 on 192.168.1.10
I installed SoftEther VPN Sever on the Server 2003.
Remote office on 192.168.2.xxx network
Server 2012 on 192.168.2.10
I installed SoftEther VPN bridge on the Server 2012.
I am trying to create a Site to Site VPN to create a Two way trust between the two servers.
I went through the wizards and I appear to have connections between the two sites. Virtual Hub Name:VPN-A, online, standalone, 1 User, 0 Group, 2 session, 27 MAC Tables, 28 IP Tables.
I can ping both interfaces 192.168.1.10 and 192.168.2.10 from the local network but can not ping either from the remote network.
I started to setup Layer 3 Switching, I can add the Virtual Hub: VPN-A, then it wants an IP address and Subnet Mask:? (I am not clear what to put here based on the documentation), I put 192.168.3.254 and 255.255.255.0
Add New Routing Table Entry: (Not clear what to put here) Network Address:?, Subnet Mask:?, Gateway Address:?, Metric Value:?
Wondering if you can add some light to this issue?
Ian.
