Site to Site Layer2 VPN over Hyperv VMs

Hi!
Trying to create layer2 VPN between main and remote offices.
I started to test Softether in virtual environmet as explained here :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHfsUDqtbiM&t=1025s , but using windows server 2016 VMs on Hyperv server 2012R2.
Created 3 Private Lans & 4 VMs
VM1 (SoftEtherSiteA) eth1:192.168.200.250/24 (PrivateLan1)
eth2:DHCP (PrivateLan2)
VM2 (DHCP server) eth1: 192.168.101.100/24
VM1 & VM2 - Analog of Main office that presents SiteA with services.

VM3 (SoftEtherSiteB) eth1:192.168.200.251/24 (PrivateLan1)
eth2:DHCP (PrivateLan3)
VM2 (ClientOfSiteB) eth1: DHCP
VM3 & VM4 - analog of branch where I need to get IPoverDHCP in eth1 on VM4 acording to layer2 SiteToSite VPN.
In the youtube video tutorial we can see, that there is Enabled MAC spoofing option on SiteA\SiteB SoftEther servers and on SiteB SoftEther eth2 all IP options are disabled too.

In my case server 2016 has musch more IP features. I tried to disable all of them.
Got sucesfull connection from SiteB to SiteB but no ping or DHCP between VPN subnets.
Maube you can provide me with a manual of Site-to-site layer2 VPN on Hyperv VMs runing Win Server 2012R2/2016 ?

UPD: Tested OK on WinServer2008R2
On SoftEther Vms:
WAN ports - disabled all beside IPv4 eth settings
LAN ports - disable all eth settings

Cotinue to test layer2 in PreProduction Environment
