How to build Installer file

Hello,

I downloaded the source code of Softether VPN but I couldn't find how can I build a VPNInstaller file. I modified vpncmgr.exe little bit it is need to be build as VPN Installer. How can I do this, or how can I make as web installer.

Please try BuildUtil to make installer.
