What do you mean by a virtual network adapter? A tap device created in the local bridge functionality?

Re: MultiLan VPN client
When i want to connect to a VPN thru Softether vpn client manager, i have to create a Virtual Network Adapter. This is done automatically, but is attached to my 1st physical network card, and i want to use my 2nd network card.

Hmm, if you are on linux, you can change the routing metrics on each network, and give the card you want to use the lowest cost

In windows you can change the NIC priority/metric as well
Then hopefully SE will pick the right network automatically

If your "attach" meaning is that VPN communication packets is sent via specific NIC, you should add a route on routing table for the VPN server.
