Forget settings locker password, help!

I forgot the password for my settings locker and now I can't customize anything anymore.
I've re-downloaded but somehow it keeps my settings and such.

Please delete configuration file after uninstalling.
The configuration file is in same folder as VPN server exe.
The file name is "vpn_server.config".
