It doesn't work this way. If you have a specific problem and you already tried solving it, then describe in details the problems and people will try to help.

hi, we do understand that, and sorry for not explaining ourself well.
we are hoping to find some people to help and we are willing to pay them for the work done.
would you be interested and be able to help us out? or could you recommend anyone?

I don't know anyone though. Maybe you can try on a freelancing platform or so
