VPN server how many can be ran at the same time?

Hello

I just joined the forum and installed my first VPN. Can only one VPN be ran ay one time or can you run other connections at the same time? i tried to add more VPNs but it will not work. ok maybe only one can be ran at a time. I would be happy if someone could answer my query/question?

PS what i am asking is can more than one VPN be ran at the same time with IP addresses changing periodically?

do you mean how many clients can connect to the vpn server at the same time or how many vpn server can be run with one public IP?
