SoftEther cleared config on reboot?

Hello,

I reboot my VM running the SoftEther server (Ubuntu 16.04), and suddenly all of the configurations/hubs/users/etc were gone. This was a new install. How do I make all the settings and everything persist?

I followed this tutorial here:

Could you check the disk remain and the directory permission?
