Troubleshoot connection

So I have created a softether vpn server for 3 months already, and it have no problem until lately, that the connection somewhat spiking. The weird thing is that, when i didnt connect to the server, the connection is okay, but when i did connect to the server, and im surfing the internet, the connection is sometimes timeout and reconnect back.

I want to troubleshoot to know either its connection from my pc to the server, or from the server to the other server.

Any idea where can i start ?

How about the method pinging with large size to the NAT on the virtual hub?
If the packet is lost, there is some problem between the VPN client and the VPN server.

Did you use SecureNAT?
