error code 2 protocol error

recently i play japan game and now
and 1 thing for sure before my computer go to workshop. softether vpn there nothing this happen to me before
the IP address like 125.X.X.X, 126.X.X.X , 153.X.X.X they can connect but after i go to workshop to service my computer change everything well lost all my file and program after they returning my computer vpn seem like giving me this error everytime i connect on this IP address seem i can't connect it somehow i want to connect it anyway because it my favourite IP address

CPU: intel i3 4200U 1.6GHZ to 2.3GHZ
RAM:4GB
hard drive: 1TB
grphic card: nvidia geforce 820m
i dunno what going on. i get latest one but it seems that i always got this error and take the older version that is v4.06 also seem to not working too
