Are there any moderators on these forums?

As per the title and do they have the ability to actually moderate or ban users?

It seems that spam and and spammer accounts are never removed from these forums, I continually report all the spam that I see but it never gets removed even when it illegal content, why is this? Does whoever owns/runs this site care about the environment in which the users have to endure pages and pages of rubbish, illegal and downright distasteful content.

What will it take to get the site owner(s) to do something about this terrible state of affairs? It would seem that the lack of forum moderation is either putting people off posting or is driving decent users elsewhere.

It's been asked in this thread on github if the project is dead: https://github.com/SoftEtherVPN/SoftEtherVPN/issues/268 - the lack of interest in these forums would seem to show that it is dead but won't quite lie down.

I understand the difficulties of running a project like this and maintaining a forum and that it's time consuming and subject to other priorities such as earning a living but if this project is to continue to grow and succed in the real world then something needs to be done and allow trusted people to moderate the forums and contribute to a fork of the project.

I, for one, would be willing to offer my time to clean-up these forums (I am already moderator a large site and have been for the last twelve years) - is anyone interested enough to take up my offer of help?

I'd hate to see this great project wither and die when it has so much potential.
