"Error code 1" and/or "Error code 17" Since 1 week

Hi everyone!
I used SoftEther in order to pass through a Norton's firewall from my building whose share connection, but it seems they reinforce their security since the last week.
Normally, I use the VPN to go to my blog wordpress, usually blocked by Norton. But now, my connection to the vocal Discord where I chat with my friends is also blocked.
The VPN errors are also numerous since this event: errors code 1 and errors code 17 appear usually in Asian servers before, but now, I can't also use the European ones (Russian federation usually).
Norton seems to reinforce the security.
I tryed another VPN like Frozenway and it's work. So the problem is probably due to a Softethernet's connection configuration.
The error code 1 should be resolve by time synchronization, but nothing happen.
Is there something in this site whose describe each errors a their solution (I wasn't get something in the FAQ)?
EDIT: I tryed after that to open Steam: look like the connection to Steam is also impossible without a VPN now...
EDIT2: Regarding this new post: http://forum.softether.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8262 , and after some documentation on openDNS, the cause is not openDNS, but Norton.
