SoftEther PFsense 2.3.x and Zyxel Zywall USG

HI, someone is using PFsense 2.3.x or Zyxel Zywall USG series and SofEther VPN LAN to LAN with L3 Switch?
If yes, could you publish image or istruction to get L3 Routing and necessary NAT and Rule to have L3 Lan to Lan Working.
I own both firewall in mi offices, and i can't get working Lan to Lan L3.
