VPN over DNS - Mac.
Hello Guys, I was wondering if the Mac version of Softether VPN can support VPN over dns and how do I set it up? I am stuck behind a firewall and VPN over DNS is my only option. I have a Mac Book which I want use but I am not sure how to go about it. My window laptop works fine with softether VPN client manager using VPN over DNS.

Last I knew, you cannot configure this manually in the VPN Client Manager.

Restrict your VPN server to only accept connection over DNS ports. That should do the trick. For example, if you use OpenVPN, change the UDP port it uses to DNS's.

Yes I have done that, and I have windows connecting to my VPN server using VPN over DNS. I want to use MAC and I don't know if it possible, since softether doesn't have Softhether client version for MAC.

You don't need SoftEther client for Mac. Configure your OpenVPN settings on the server and use any OpenVPN client to connect to your server.

After configuring openvpn on the server, will I be able to connect to the VPN server using VPN over DNS? I am thinking VPN over DNS connection is only possible using Softether VPN client manager.

Yes you can. The original OpenVPN server itself can operate on any port, and so can the protocol's implementation in SoftEther.
