Softether is not creating any logs (indeed these are activated in server configuration using vpncmd).
Is there any known logging service limitation on embedded devices?
Thanks for suggestions.

Re: No logging at all on ARM based router (OpenWrt)
Hello Tim,
No not Windows ARM.
It's an ASUS router (RT-AC56U) with broadcom chipset (dual core ARM CPU).
OS: OpenWRT 22.03 (most recent stable build)
Thanks for reply, Rico

I have the same issue (Asus RT-AX53U running Openwrt).
Everything is running well (almost well but relatively high CPU load) except no logging at all (syslog, tmp etc.).
