It's working fine for me, the web page opens normally and I can download without problems. Perhaps it was a temporary issue, are you still having problems?

Still having issues. Must be a local problem on my computer or network.

What error are you actually seeing or is it just that page doesn't open? Which browser and operating system are you using and do you have any anti-virus software install or browser add-ons that may be causing a problem and have you tried another browser or disabled anti-virus software (if you do have any)?

Just doesn't seem to get a reply from the page (Error connection timed out)

Checked my browser settings (Chrome v70), but could not find any thing blocking the site. I am checking with our IT-vendor to see if the site is blocked. I am able to open https://www.softether.org/5-download but that is as far as i get.
