I am not able to configure VPN on mobile because I have only 3 types of security IKEv2/IPsec MSCHAPv2 or IKev2/IPSec PSK or IKEv2/IPSec RSA
please share step of the configuration

Do you use IOS or Android operating system?

its clear he use Android 12or 13 because iOS works great with L2TP
