How do I connect to a server in mainland china?

Hi everyone :)

How do I find a server in mainland china to connect to, such that my ip address will appear to be based in mainland china? Once before I connected to a mainland china server via the 'vpn gate public vpn relay servers' option in the softether vpn client manager.
However, the china server option isn't always available to connect from.
How do I go about doing it?

Thank you for any guidance! I'm new to softether and vpngate.
