Using SoftEther VPN made my Proxy Setting locked

After the use of SoftEther VPN, the proxy setting in my win10 cannot change, you know, the one that auto use the script address.
And the script address always be "http://127.0.0.1:86/", I cannot change it not can I close the icon of using the script setting.
This problem makes me unable to use another VPN clint called V2rayN.
Can anyone tell me what should I do.
