how to change the log storage settings

When I try to change the log storage setting of volunteer server in SoftEther VPN Client, dialog window tells I can change it through VPN Gate control panel and I cannot change the setting on the log storage setting window.
However, even if I look at the VPN Gate Control Panel, there is no part where I can change the settings.
How can I change the log storage settings on the volunteer server?
