Proxy no receiving 代理后卡死

1 I'm in China, all lists no use: error 3

2 I have a proxy, really good, HTTP proxy is 127.0.0.1:xxxx

3 then in SoftEther VPN Client, Proxy Server connection setting, set HTTP Proxy

4 now I can see 10.233.** IP note but with high outgoing/ingoing data size (150KB/3 min) no info goes into browser e.g. with the proxy un-strict info goes into browser but now it looks like I lost net at all, they stuck

5 in win10 internet center, my ip does not change, in Powershell 'tercert 8.8.8.8', nothing changes, no 10.*.*.*. I tried reinstalling VPN nothing change

Update:

Now I change to another net in China, here is error 2 not 3

I can direct TCP/IP 1 time per 5 error 2. It means, with patient, no proxy needed

the speed test is 50 Mpbs down and 20 Mpbs up. Very good

with SOCKS proxy now I get error 3 several times

with HTTP proxy it refreshes the SoftEher list, but my firefox can not load any site, as the #1 described. But, around 1 min later, my taskbar internet access icon goes back to normal since the VPN has no access then I can load sites, with my proxy soft not with SoftEther. During HTTP proxy, error 2 occured.

直连莫名其妙可以，代理还是不行
