VPN Gate Error (Error Code 2): PEC

Hello,
I tried to connect Korea, Japan, America, etc countries, but says error: Protocol error occurred. Error was returned from the destination server.
I'm on windows 10 and Version: 21H2, OS Build: 19044.1503
Is there any to fix? I live in Europe.
