SoftEther VPN User Forum

My ISP recently underwent some network updates. Since then, several things on my network o longer work, such as vpngate's VPNs. I can no longer use vpngate servers for private internet usage. After some investigating, openVPN still works, but pinging the vpngate servers times out with and without sock5 proxies. Is my internet service provider blocking certain ports? Are there any remedies to fix vpngate not working? Unfortunately, OpenVPN with vpngate on my Mac is not really usable and is barely able to browse webpages.
