Windows 11 Problem

I am able to log in OK from my Windows 11 computer but when the window comes up to assign a DHCP IP address, It says Requesting an IP address...then it stays there for about 20 seconds then disappears without the assignment. My address then begins with 169, a non-address. I expect to see 192.168.0.150 in the remote LAN. It works fine from my Windows 10 computer on the same client LAN. I removed and reinstalled SoftEther with the latest version on both the client and server. Any ideas?
