Hi.I am a MAC user (currently using Air M3) but I need to use a windows-based software and it needs to connect to Softether to work (its a client requirement). I tried
using UTM and Parallels for this purpose. But the problem is that when I tried adding a VPN connection, I am unable
to do so and encountered an error which states " Installation of the Virtual Network Adapter device driver failed." I have encountered this on
both UTM and Parallels. I tried googling for some answers but nothing came up. Is there anyone who has encountered the same issue as I have? If so, please help me! I really want to keep using my mac for work and I dont want to use a separate windows laptop. Thanks!

Use VMware Fusion or install SSTP Connect (usually enabled on SE server by default) or ask your SE admin to enable OpenVPN mode and install Tunnelblick.

YOU'RE HEAVEN SENT!
I installed SSTP Connect directly on my mac and tried to continue if it will work with UTM. The windows-based app worked without Softether on UTM.
So far, so good! Thank you very much!
I checked VMWare Fusion, but it got complicated for Apple Silicon users (starting M1) and I think it's not free.
I also checked Tunnelblick and needs some file configurations after installation.
