how to access xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:10000 with 192.168.30.1:10000

Hello everyone excuse for not good question, I have installed fresh softethervpn server
how to globalip:10000 (webmin) access with 192.168.30.1:10000
I connected and my internal ip 192.168.30.10 ping with 192.168.30.1 perfect open page with globalip:10000 perfect but with internal 192.168.30.1:10000 not work.

Enter the host's LAN IP, not 192.168.30.1 - more info Client PC unable to reach shared directory on Server PC
