L2tp can`t open Google, Youtube, FaceBook ...

Hello, I installed SoftEther on Ubuntu and checked everything and it is OK (Openvpn, sstp are OK and working fine)
But I only have a problem with L2tp which does not open Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc. sites ( telegram , instagram are ok)
The following have been checked:

1. Different DNSs (google , cloudflare) tested.
2. Different MTUs tested.
3. Firewall tested both off and on.
4. Different servers tested.
5. Warp service also tested and installed.

Does anything come to your mind or do you know where the problem is?

It has nothing to do with SoftEther.

It's a client issue. Windows' L2TP works fine.
