connectiong failed: error code 2 how to solve this problem?

I am a user in mainland china, while using softether, I always get error (error code 2): protocol error and are unable to connect to vpn.
But sometimes I can connect successfully.
How to deal with this problem?

I think your server's IP was blocked by GFW.
Please don't use default port number like 443.
Try to act stealthy.

I have read the manual, but I failed to find out :
VPN Server Manage.
in my software, is this a part of Softether VPN Client Manager?
Or should I download another one?~
