Hello Experts,
I am new to softether and I am planning to build a network in which I have a public IP Pool and one of its IP is the primary IP on the Softether VPN server and the rest of the IPs I will be assigning on the secureNAT(Virtual DHCP Pool). Now what will be the configuration I have to do on the SoftEther Server so that all my clients get the public IP and their internet should work through my SOftEther VPN Server. I am connecting to default softether VPN Protocol through the client manager
for Example :
Virtual Server in HYPER V
Local Bridge made between default virtual hub and Hyper V Network Adaptor
IP Config :
IP on LAN card of SoftEther VPN Server : 206.123.128.2
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
Gateway on LAN Card Of SoftEther VPN Server : 206.123.128.1
On the softEther Configuration :
Secure NAT Config :
Virtual DHCP :
206.123.128.6 - 206.123.128.20
Any suggestions what config should I do so that all my clients internet traffic go through the softether VPN Server ...
Please Help
Thanks
Julius

I am not the greater expert, but it looks like you want the Softether VPN to work as a router, and SecureNAT looks to me to preclude public IP allocation. I suppose the setup should be similar to a guest's VM virtual NIC bridged to the host's NIC.
You may as well find your answer in the layer 3 switch setting.
I am just shooting blindly, let me know if it helped.
